IPL 2019 Venue

The key personnel involved in the preparations of the IPL 2019 have confirmed that this edition would be played out completely in India. Earlier, there were speculations concerning the possible venue shift in South Africa or United Arab Emirates owing to the incoming general elections in 2019.

But this time around, the matches would consist of a caravan format, meaning that the dates where the states would be having elections would not be selected for matches on that specific date. The proposal was sent to the Central Government by the BCCI and the IPL Board and the former have reacted positively on the same. The preparations are in full swing concerning the venues since this year promises to be bigger than ever.

Over 20 venues across the country have been put forth for hosting the league matches. Apart from the metro cities that usually host them, other cities would also be in contention for the same. Only one venue among the rest would be Abu Dhabi.

Some of these are listed out in the tabulated format-

BRAND SPONSORS OF IPL 2019

Vivo is at the forefront of the sponsorship run for the tournament, but each and every one of the teams have their own brands as well. Many of the health and fitness accessories are endorsed by top IPL teams like Royal Challengers Bangalore and Mumbai Indians. Sports brands like Adidas, Puma, Nike endorsed by multiple teams.

Fastrack has become a leading brand for the teams as well, since they have a myriad collection of smartwatches and other wearables to boast about. HP has been endorsing RCB for quite some time, whereas the financial Company Muthoot Group partnered with Chennai Super Kings and still do to keep up their brand value.

Even Reebok has joined along with Adidas and Nike to promote the fitness cause among the young individuals in the country, and the course is definitely working.
